Telecom 2G spectrum allotment , which has costed countrys exchequer to the tune of 1.70 Crores , has also rocked internal fight between Manmohan Singh , Pranab Mukharjee and Chidambaram. Every other minister is trying to corner his immediate competitor . There is a Mad race going on to dethrone MM Singh and occupy PM Chair . Sonia Gandhi , in turn wants to keep the PM Chair warm until her Prince Rahul Gandhi can take it over. But recent Bihar elections have  punctured Sonia’s dream of seeing Rahul baba in HOT chair , before the 2014 General Elections.

Though Telangana issue has taken much of my mind space these days , still Iam following 2G Spectrum fiasco very closely . Its not 2G scandal that amused me , but the dirty Politico-Corporate alliance .

1.  Have you ever wonder why Radia tapes were released now and by whom ?
2. Why leaks are aimed at corporate  biggies like TATA ?
3.  Who exposed Adarsh Housing Scam , and at whom it is aimed at? 
4. Why Digvijay Singh is issuing statements that can compromise Internal Security?

6. Does CBI has produced new teeth overnite, now that it is biting DMK, if so on whose behest?
7. Is it true a Prime Ministrial candidate has encouraged YS Jagan to start new Party ?

Like wise there are hundreds of Q’s which are unanswered . Lemme try to ponder in detail on above Q’s for the sake of my readers .

Friends if you were a practical observer of national politics you mite see a hidden game by Sonia to kick out Manmohan Singh from PM chair , citing corruption or misrule or may be forced to quit showing his old age . There’s enough evidence to say MMSingh now has outgrown from Sonia’s shadow and is not ready to play second fiddle to her .  He may be forced to step down any moment by Sonia , sacking of Maharashtra CM Chavan on Adarsh Scam or cutting wings of Kalamdi over CWG Scam clearly indicates that Sonia Gandi wants MMSingh out of PM chair.

This understanding of things has led to MAD rat race between Pranab Mukherjee and Chidambaram . Each of them want to be in HOT chair and thus rattling to corner the other by leaking one scam after the other . The beauty is both Pranab & Chidambaram want MM Singh to be replaced , and in their hearts they knew ,Rahul Gandhi is not ready yet to ascend the chair. Which makes one of them as favorite.

Not to forget 2G Spectrum was first exposed by Pioneer Newspaper whose Editor is an BJP Rajya Sabha Member. Subramanya Swamy who is spearheading movement against 2G Spectrum scandal is close to BJP . Chandra Shekar Rajya Sabha MP who exposed Corporate biggie Ratan Tata is also an BJP associate member . MJ Akbar  Wud-be editor of India-Today magazine , who have just started firing salvos is rumored to be close to BJP . Wot I dont understand is how BJP is so involved in exposing scandals and who is supplying fodder to her???

Manmohan Singh : He is mute . Though he is  seated in HOT chair , he has no clue of whats happening in his Govt . Still , he wants to be in power . Unlike his two competitors he is naïve to dirty politics , so he is just a mute spectator , until he is kicked out. But for sure he knows that formula TINA( there is no alternative). Yep there is no TINA to Rahul Gandhi ascending chair , and until he is ready Sonia has to support him . She cant risk making Pranab or Chidambaram sit in PM chair. So he feels he is safe until year 2014 . To make water more messy his PMO is releasing secret Info on Pranab & Chidambaram scandals  to Subramanya Swamy and MJ Akbar.

Pranab Mukherjee: Old Jackal , knows all the tricks of the book. His “Secret Dream” is to be in PM Chair for Once in his life time. He knows Sonia’s mind that she is planning to replace MMSingh , and he felt he would be her natural choice . But heavens fell over him when he found out Chidambaram is in race .  So to keep him off the race he started targeting him . Pranab has cleverly exposed  Bank Housing Loan Scam , then Chidambaram was the Finance Minister and also nailed Sharad Pawar thru Food Scandal. Pawar is an votary of Chidambaram . Filed criminal cases against all Banking top shots who are said to be close to Chidambaram . Pranab dint even spared Chidambarams wife who is is an legal advisor to few of these Banks. He instigated his protégée Digvijay Singh to target Chidambaram on Internal Security . Watch Digvijays statement for last 2 years all are targeted at Chidambaram policies. Pranab wants Left parties support so he planed Mamata Banerji exit by not forming alliance in local body elections in Bengal . He put blame on Chidambaram for mishandling & supporting Telangana formation which has divide congress in AP. He said to have adviced YS Jagan to start new party , so that in future he gets his MPs to support him . He want another Sharad Pawar to be installed in form of YS Jagan in South India.

Chidambaram : Youngest . He knows that only by defaming Pranab , he can get into HOT chair . So, he leaked Radia tapes and made sure Ratan Tata come under scanner . Ratan Tata is an old friend of Pranab Mukherjee . He leaked Adarsh Defence Scam to put Pranab in Dock, as Pranab was former defence minister . Allowed raids on DMK , with whom he had long enmity. What concrete evidence this delayed raids will gather is an different matter . With exit of DMK he want some space of his own on his home Turf . To win over new friends like KCR , he convinced Sonia and hurriedly declared formation of Telangana state. To prove his Secular credentials and out smart Pranabs protégée Digvijay , he started nailing RSS-BJP by inventing an illusionary “Saffron Terror”. Both Pranab and Chidambaram are using RSS as punch bag to prove their Secularism.

Sonia Gandhi : Knows how to use her trump card . She knows of the MAD race in her party  for HOT chair . So , to nuke all the dirty plans and to keep HOT chair warm for her Prince Rahul , she may go for an mid term poll . She know public outrage against her UPA Govt is at its peak . MMSingh is not so submissive to her as he was earlier . 2. When Indira Gandhi was shot by her body guards, she was taken by Sonia Gandhi to a hospital in a long route to a hospital when there was a hospital nearby. She(Indira Gandhi) was made to bleed to her death. This incidents point fingers at Sonia Gandhi .
3. Sonia Gandhi mother was said to have met LTTE BalaSingham in London many times before and after Rajiv Gandhis assassination . Why Sonia’s family is hobnobbing with her husbands killers ?
4. Did Priyanka Vadra suspected Sonia role in her Fathers murder that to know the truth she few months back met secretly the main accused Nalini in TamilNadu jail ?
5. The legitimacy of this triumph is under a cloud since the people know all about the murky deals in Delhi and the unethical means used by the MM Singh and his new found allies to trade horses, the price at which each horse is being traded raised lot of eyebrows , some political pundits say almost 500 Crore rupees has changed hands in total to facilitate UPA Govt leased tenure.

Congress has appealed to Opposition party’s to defy their respective party line on Nuke-Deal , and vote according to their "Conscience". It went further and put a price tag for so called "Conscience" . Promises were made to name Lucknow airport on Charan Singh to please Ajith Singh, Promises of ministerial berths to convicted criminals and their sons were also made. Crore’s of rupees said to have changed hands to please vulnerable Parliamentarians to break their party line an toe UPA Govt trust vote.

Shocking is that UPA govt bought 6 Convicted Criminals serving sentence in different Jails, few of them were sentenced for LIFE on charges of murder and these were dashed to Parliament to save Indias future energy crisis , there cannot be a big joke than this . The Congress call of "Conscience" was so appealing to Parliamentarians that 20 NDA MP’s changed their loyalty on the floor of the house. That’s the reason it has been seen as a Black-Day in the history of Parliament. Let’s hope this sinful incidents are not repeated in future , nor replicated in State legislatures.

The LTTE suicide squad did plan and eliminate Rajiv Gandhi. But, why did the LTTE do it? Was there a larger conspiracy that extended beyond the LTTE as the strike force? Was the LTTE the author of the crime or the mercenary for some one else or for some purpose that yielded some benefit to it? These questions persisted even after the actual assassins were brought to book. The Narasimha Rao government appointed the Jain Commission to go into the conspiracy angle to the murder.In its interim report the commission did exceedingly good work to bring on record evidence about the political forces involved in promoting the LTTE in Tamil Nadu that made the crime possible. Yet it made a mockery of its main work, the conspiracy angle. It floated dubious and wild theories, involving Mossad! CIA! Besides adding confusion, it ended up trivialising a very serious exercise. This also robbed the commission of its credibility.As the commission’s final report proved a flop, the Vajpayee government appointed a Multi- Disciplinary Monitoring Agency (MDMA) in 1998 to unearth the conspiracy angle.

But the person who first demanded, but, ultimately made, investigation into the conspiracy to murder Rajiv Gandhi irrelevant was none other than his widow Sonia Gandhi. Her attitude to the investigation and suspected actors in the murder dramatically changed. Her conduct in 1997 when she was working to enter active politics was a stark contrast to her attitude after taking over the congress leadership on the Jain Commission issue.

In 1997, she demanded that the DMK which, the Jain commission had said, was part of the conspiracy, be sacked as a partner of the UF alliance and pulled down the government when the demand was not met. Her party insisted the entire facts about the conspiracy be investigated and revealed.

Addressing a meeting at Amethi, Sonia hinted that the DMK was a fan of the LTTE and charged that those who doubted the Jain commission report were diverting the attention from the investigation into the conspiracy to murder Rajiv and demanded that the probe be completed expeditiously (Indian Express 2.2.1998). But, once she took over the party leadership, she not only ceased to evince any interest in pursuing the Rajiv Gandhi murder conspiracy, but also began allying with the alleged conspirators themselves. The developments, put together, reveal a shocking picture.

The year after taking over the Congress, Sonia Gandhi makes a secret move. In the year 1999, she told then President Dr K R Narayanan privately that ‘neither she nor her son and daughter wanted any of the four convicts’ sentenced to death for Rajiv’s assassination ‘to be hanged’, and pleaded that no child should be orphaned by an act of the State. Noted the Indian Express (Nov 20, 1999) that before her plea for mercy to the Rajiv killers the Congress party was the leading opponent of mercy to them. This silenced the party once and for all. What transpired at her private meeting with the President was revealed not by Sonia, but by Mohini Giri (the former chairperson of the National Women’s Commission) and on that basis Nalini’s death sentence was commuted to life. (Frontline Nov 5-18, 2005).

Then, in February 2004, there were reports, editorially commented by the Island newspaper in Colombo on Feb 20, 2004, that Eduardo Faleiro, her emissary, had a secret meeting with the LTTE chief Prabhakaran at Killinochi. Island had also referred to reports that Sonia’s mother Ms Paula Maino had met Anton Balasingham, LTTE’s point man in London, in connection with the electoral alliance between the DMK and the Congress. While Eduardo Faleiro at least made a feeble attempt to deny the meeting, Paulo Maino would not even deny that.

Third, the Paulo Maino meeting preceded, and the Faleiro meeting succeeded, the unbelievable U-turn of Sonia Gandhi to forge alliance with the DMK which was accused by her own party in 1997 of being part of the conspiracy to murder her husband. The DMK-Congress alliance seems to have been agreed upon sometime in December 2003. In January 2004, Sonia met the DMK chief and concretised the alliance. The coming together of one of the alleged conspirators and the victim of the conspiracy made a mockery of any further investigation into Rajiv Gandhi murder. For the last four years there is not a single word spoken by Sonia on pursuing the Rajiv Gandhi murderers and on unearthing the conspiracy or for the extradition of Prabhakaran or Pottu Amman.

This is despite the fact that, when, on April 10, 2002, Prabhakaran met the press at Killinochi, he did not even deny that LTTE was involved in Rajiv assassination. Fourth, the LTTE too responded favourably to signals from Sonia that she was not against LTTE. On January 27, 2006, Anton Balasingham, told an Indian TV news channel that the Rajiv killing was ‘monumental tragedy’ and asked the people of India to be ‘magnanimous to put the past behind’ and deal with the LTTE.

Fifth, Sonia did not object to the inclusion of the DMK woman MP in whose house Sivarasan the main killer of Rajiv Gandhi had stayed for which she was detained under the TADA, as a minister in the UPA government. Sixth, the MDMA which was appointed by the NDA government after Sonia rejected the Action Taken Report on the Jain Commission, has virtually become defunct under the UPA regime. Since 2004, she has not uttered a single word asking what the MDMA is doing. And finally now in March 2008, Priyanka Vadra, Sonia’s daughter makes a secret visit to Vellore jail and meets the first accused in the murder of Rajiv, for over an hour.

Media reports say that they sat by each other’s side, cried and professed goodwill towards each other! No one knows what transpired between them. The meeting clearly illegal, looks almost a conspiracy, would have remained a secret had the media not exposed it. Priyanka said that neither Sonia nor Rahul or Priyanka believe in hate or anger, and that the visit was her way of coming to terms with the Rajiv Gandhi murder.

Moral high ground seems to be a cover for undisclosed political strategies. But where was this high moral ground when Sonia angrily pulled down the UF government on the ground that DMK, a suspected co-conspirator with LTTE, was part of the alliance? Is Rajiv Gandhi’s assassination a personal affair between the Sonia Gandhi family and the LTTE for the former to punish or pardon the latter? LTTE has neither confessed nor regretted its action for the Gandhis to pardon. The LTTE is even today unrepenting.

The prosecution case is that the LTTE supremo decided to avenge Rajiv Gandhi for sending IPKF to Sri Lanka and betraying the LTTE. But that was no personal decision of Rajiv Gandhi. The assassination was an act against the state of India.

This is how it should be seen and pursued. Neither Sonia nor Priyanka nor the Congress has the right to pardon the criminals who have challenged the sovereignty of India.

INOC has hired a law firm which had represented Ariel Sharon of Israel against Time magazine. To fight this lawsuit, Narain Kataria and Arish Sahani have retained the law firm of Kornstein Veisz Wexler & Pollard, L.L.P which is known for excellence and caliber to represent them. Bharat Barai has claimed that he is not involved in anyway with the advertisement and is independently pursuing against the lawsuit.




This lawsuit is instigated with the church money & secular Indian fundamentalists (friends of Congress party in US)called as Congi & Commie leaders for publicity & they know there is no merit in the case. US is a free country & not a fragile political state like India. These are the same people who instigated the State Dept to cancel the visa for Sardar Narendar Modiji to visit USA. This is a golden opportunity to expose the Roman Indian called Sonia who refused Indian citizenship for almost 25 years & finally accepted the same to run for political office. She is still maintaining her Italian connections through people like Quottrochi.

The plaintiffs should be asked to produce all relevant court documents to etablish the nationality real Sonia. An Italian in the garb of an Indian & what is her educational qualification & why she promotes only christians like Andhra CM Reddy to steal temple lands & wore the costumes of a durga during the Gujarat elections to hoodwink poor villagers. Even her private secretary is a Kerala christian who belongs to the Church induced coterie of supporters around evangelists like Bush.

Friends of Hindu leaders have formed a committee to collect donations and have set up a fund to fight the case. Dr Swamy alleged that Ms Gandhi?s visited U.S. to prevail on the Bush Government for an out-of-court settlement involving Rahul Gandhi.

NEW DELHI: Schweitzer Illustrierte, a Swiss news magazine, has alleged in an old issue that the Soviet intelligence agency KGB had deposited US $2 billion in a Swiss bank account in 1985 in the "minor" account of Rahul Gandhi managed by his mother Sonia Gandhi.

Janata Party President Dr Subramanian Swamy, who had secured an order from the Delhi High Court to the CBI to investigate alleged receipt of slush money by late former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi's family, has cited a November 1991 issue of the Swiss magazine in support of his charge.

In an affidavit filed before the High Court, Dr Swamy has contended that the CBI should have atleast contacted the news magazine to ascertain the facts. Dr Swamy says a proper CBI inquiry would reveal a scandal which will make the Bofors kickbacks pale before it as it involves corruption indulged in by late former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and exposes the slush money received by Congress President Sonia Gandhi.

Dr Swamy has contested the CBI's contention before the High Court last month that the "allegation" that Rahul Gandhi had received benefits from the commercial dealings of an Indian firm in coopertion with the Soviet foreign trade organisations is vague and hence it did not conduct any inquiry.

He has claimed in the affidavit that during his recent visit abroad this year, he had received "reliable information" that then KGB chief Victor Chebrikov had sought, in writing in December 1985, from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU), "authorisation to make payments in US dollars to the family members of Mr Rajiv Gandhi, viz Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Ms Paola Maino, mother of Sonia Gandhi."

He has further claimed that the payments were authorised by CPSU by a resolution CPSU/CC/No 11228/3 dated 20/12/1985 and the same was also endorsed by the USSR Council of Ministers in Directive No 2633/Rs dated 20/12/1985. He also claimed that these payments had been coming since 1971 as the payments received by Sonia Gandhi's family "have been audited in CPSU/CC resolution No 11187/22 OP dated 10/12/1984.

It may be mentioned here that Dr Swamy had filed a writ petition before the Delhi High Court last year claiming that his allegations against Sonia Gandhi and her family members were based on the documents in the KGB archieves. He said the CBI should have obtained a Letter Rogatory to seek the information from the Russian Government instead of rejecting his charges outright. The case is listed for the next hearing on October 28. END

Dr Swamys plea to probe Sonia & Rahul?s foreign accounts

CHENNAI, June 19: Janata Party president Dr Subramaniam Swamy has urged the Union Government to obtain from Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi a full disclosure of the accounts both operate abroad.

Dr Swamy, who released his letter to Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha at a press conference here today, claimed that the Securities and Exchange Board of the United States and other revenue authorities in that country were investigating into Rahul Gandhi?s recently depositing some "hot money" into his account in the Credit Swiss First Boston (CSFB) Bank in the United States.

He claimed that one such deposit was from an account operated by one Mr M S K Zieger on behalf of a trust. The hot money was garnered through drug dealing by the mafia, Dr Swamy claimed in his letter to Mr Sinha.

He suggested to Mr Sinha that the Enforcement Directorate in India could seek the help of the CSFB and the US authorities on the nature of the deposits in Rahul Gandhi?s accounts in U.S. and London and also trace Mr Zieger.

Dr Swamy alleged that Ms Gandhis forthcoming visit to the U.S. was to prevail on the Bush Government for an out-of-court settlement involving Rahul Gandhi. He also claimed that Ms Gandhis visit to Iceland was for a proposed meeting with the representatives of the LTTE and to make an attempt to erase her mothers links with that terrorist organisation.

Referring to the forthcoming Summit between Prime Minister A B Vajpayee and Pakistan?s military ruler Gen Musharaff, Dr Swamy said the latter should not come with "high expectations" and go back disappointed.

He said there was no scope for the partition of Kashmir or to recognise the Line of Control as an international boundary.

Dr Swamy also criticised the Prime Minister?s decision to approve the Gas and Oil Pipeline Project from Iran to India through Pakistan, claiming that it would endanger India?s national security. The country?s energy supplies would "become a hostage to Pakistan?s whims", he added.(UNI)

KGB might have murdered Indian Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Sastri, in Tashkent, by poisoning so that Nehru family can come back to power. Following the India-Pakistan War of 1965, Shastri met in Tashkent with President Ayub Khan of Pakistan and signed a “no-war” declaration. He died the next day Jan 11, 1966. The story put out by KGB that a Muslim cook with Lal Bahadur Sastri's entourage had poisoned him in Tashkent and escaped to Pakistan may be a cover-up for what KGB had done.

Sonia Gandhi was groomed and presented in front of Rajiv Gandhi by KGB, to hook Rajiv which was successful. Subsequently Rajiv marries Sonia.
KGB may be involved in the plane accident of Sanjiv( aka SANJAY) Gandhi and might be pure murder to eliminate Sanjiv and to bring in Rajiv as the successor to Indira Gandhi. This paved the way for Rajiv Gandhi to become PM, who is married to KGB agent Sonia.

Is it not a fact that Indira Gandhi died because of loss of blood from the wounds and not directly due to a bullet impacting her head or heart ? Then is it not strange that Sonia had insisted that the bleeding Indira be driven to Lohia Hospital-- in the opposite direction to AIIMS which had a contingency protocol set up for precisely such an event ? And after reaching Lohia Hospital, did not Sonia change her mind and demand that they all drive to AIIMS thus losing 24 valuable minutes ? So who killed Indira Is it her Sikh gaurds Or Sonias intentional delayness in admitting Indira in AIIMS???

Rajiv Gandhi was killed by the Sri Lankan terrorist group LTTE which is totally supported and financed by christian organizations abroad. Rajiv Gandhi was blown up in Tamil Nadu on May 21, 1991 by a Roman Catholic female suicide bomber Dhanu, 24, whose real name was Kalaivathi. Once Rajiv was killed the external spy agencies might have worked behind the scenes to promote Sonia Gandhi. Potential threats to Sonia’s leadership were one by one eliminated in excellently planned natural accidents which are a KGB specialty. All the deaths of potential future contenders of congress presidency were killed in accidents on Sundays.

Sunday murders are a specialty of Christians and this is well proven in India's North Eastern states where the Christian terrorists murder Hindus mostly on Sundays. Muslims generally carryout terrorist killing of Hindus on Fridays(Bombay Bomb Blasts). Rajesh Pilot died in a road accident on Sunday, Jitendra Prasada mysteriosly died on Sunday and Madhava Scindia was killed in a plane crash on Sunday. Kamal Nath, another prominent young Congress leader narrowly escaped when a small plane he was traveling in crashed, killing some others on board. On Sunday 30th September. 2001 Madhavrao Scindia who was deputy leader of the Congress in the Lok Sabha and one of its senior-most members, and who was also one of the boyfriend of Sonia in London, was killed along with seven others. They were charred beyond recognition in a plane crash. Seventeen minutes before the plane was due to land in Kanpur, the Air Traffic Control in the city lost contact with it. The plane caught fire in mid-air and became a ball of fire by the time it hit the ground. Mystery shrouds the circumstances under which the aircraft crashed near Motta village in Mainpuri district. In June 2000 the senior Congress leader Rajesh Pilot met with the fatal accident in the highway on a stretch between Jaipur and Dausa.

In December 2001,Subramanyam Swamy had filed a Writ Petition in the Delhi High Court with the photocopies of the KGB documents, and sought a CBI investigation which the Vajpayee Government was stoutly refusing. Earlier, Minister of State for CBI, Vasundara Raje[now Rajasthan CM], on Subramanian Swamy letter dated March 3, 2001, had ordered the CBI to investigate. But after Sonia Gandhi and her party stalled the proceedings of Parliament on this issue, the then Prime Minister Vajpayee overruled and cancelled Vasundara’s direction to the CBI.

The Delhi High Court in May 2002 issued a direction to the CBI to ascertain from Russia the truth of Subramanian Swamy charges. The CBI wasted for two years, and finally told the Court that without an FIR registered, the Russians will not entertain any such query. But who stopped the CBI from registering an FIR? The Vajpayee government! And why? Thereby hangs another tale.
